Yes, there is Wireless Internet for your lap-top. Internet access is for free.

-Cancellation F.A.Q.

We offer free cancellation up to one month before your reservation starting date.

-Does a double room have one double-size bed or two separate single beds?

Some of the one-bedroom apts (type A1) have one double-size bed, some have two singles. The two-bedroom apts (type B1 or B2) have one double or two single beds in the first bedroom and two singles in the second.

-How can I make a reservation?

  • Please fill the reservation form.
  • The latest after 1 working day you will receive by e-mail a second form, the "Credit Card Authorization form" with which you will be kindly requested for your card details in case of Cancellation. Your card will not be charged.
  • Fill this form and send it by email or fax.
  • Then you will receive by e-mail or fax our confirmation.

-How can I request Special Requirements?

Requests for a specific room type (e.g., connecting rooms, type of bedding) or location (e.g., upper/lower floor, view, etc) should be made as soon as possible. We suggest that you complete fully all areas of the Reservation Form and especially the "Special Requirements" to which we always show serious consideration.

-How long will it take for my reservation request to be answered to?

Please allow 1 working day.

-Is breakfast included?

Yes, continental breakfast buffet is included in the room rate.

-Is parking available? Free parking? Long-term parking?

-Is there a limit on night’s number for reservations?


-May I change my reservation arrival or departure dates?

If you wish to change your arrival/departure dates for earlier, later or to extend your stay, you must contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to change your reservation, but we cannot guarantee that the hotel will have availability for those date(s). There is no extra cost for these changes.

-What about barbeque facilities?

You are very welcome to use our BBQ area for free the days that the hotel does not organize similar activities.

Your reservation will be confirmed either via e-mail or fax.

-What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, Credit Cards.

-What if I am afraid of sending my Credit Card information?

The Credit Card information will be sent to us via FAX only. This way has no risk at all.

-What if I need a wheelchair accessible room?

We are very sorry, our accommodation is not approved for people with special needs.
